This week started off slow because it was the week of exams, but we still managed to get lots done. The admin team was working on awards submissions, especially Chairman’s. The build team was also hard at work this past week since we got most of our parts that we designed for our robot. Our group of strategists have been updating the scouting data base for competitions.
The admin team was focused mainly on finishing our Executive Summary and we were able to complete it by Tuesday. On Wednesday, we were able to continue working on our Chairman’s essay. We plan to get it submitted by February 3rd.
The build team is getting busy working on building our robot. We got most of the sheet metal sent from the manufacturers based off of our CAD design. We are now working on assembling the robot and planning the electrical.
On the 29th, Mark Breadner payed us a visit to our workshop. He was in town for the FLL provincials at the University of Waterloo on the 30th, and decided to stop by.
