Team DAVE is a FIRST Robotics team from St. David Catholic Secondary School in Waterloo, Ontario. Founded in 2011, DAVE teaches students STEAM skills through their experiences on the team, allowing students in grades 8-12 to join with no experience required. Students can join a variety of subteams where they learn to build the robot, create code, scout at events, and manage award submissions. Many of our mentors come from local post-secondary institutions, offering their valuable skills to the team. DAVE is a top team in Ontario, having won countless competitions and awards for achievements in engineering, creativity, and design.
